Delivery

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver to the majority of the UK. You can view all our delivery postcodes here, or take a look at our courier's coverage map and note we don't deliver to zone 7.

Q. How long does delivery usually take?

A. The majority of orders will be delivered within 3 days of placing your order. Some deliveries may take up to 5 days.

 

Orders & Payment

Q. Are your prices ex VAT?

A. Yes, all prices across the site are displayed ex VAT which is added at the checkout.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my order?

A. All orders are quality inspected prior to dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the order that arrives please contact us on 01335376586 or use our contact form.

Q. How can I check on the progress of my order?

A. If you would like an update on the progress of your order please use our contact form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. All major credit and debit cards are excepted (except Amex). We also accept Apple pay, G-pay, Amazon Pay, and Paypal.

 

Trade

Q. Do you offer trade discounts?

A. We don't currently offer trade discounts. However, for very large orders please contact us and we may be able to help.

Q. Can I set up an account?

A. You can set up a personal or business account on our website for easy ordering. We don't currently offer trade accounts.

Q. Can you send me a VAT receipt?

A. Yes, absolutely. We endeavour to send everyone in the trade a VAT receipt which will come directly from our accounting software, Xero. However, if you don't receive one please use our contact form and place your order number in the subject line.

 

Product & Technical

Q. Can I order a sample?

A. Yes. Go to whichever product you would like a sample of and select sample from the dropdown. Every sample is £4.50 with free delivery.

Q. Can you match existing skirting?

A. Yes, we can. You will need to send us a sample of your current skirting board or architrave to Peak Premium Skirting and Timber Ltd, The Woodyard, Belle Vue Road, Ashbourne, DE61AT, and we will price these on an individual basis.

Q. Is the Glacial Oak available in other moulds?

A. Yes, as a special order. Please use our contact form with your request leaving a number if you'd like a call back to discuss. Please note we can do any mould, but the height will remain at 120mm if ordering skirting board. 

Q. Can I have any of these moulds in another thickness?

A. Yes, in any of our timber apart from Glacial oak.

Q. Can I have any of these moulds in a greater depth?

A. In softwood and ash we can do up to 218mm. Prime European oak is subject to our suppliers availability. Please contact us with your request.

Q. What paint/finish should I use?

A. We know everything there is to know about wood. We usually leave finishing to the experts and advise you seek an experts advice.
