About Peak Premium Skirting & Timber Limited
Who we are
Peak Premium Skirting & Timber Ltd is a family timber business based at The Woodyard in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. We make and sell solid oak and pine skirting boards, architrave, tongue and groove cladding and planed timber, delivered across the UK mainland.
We are the sister company of H Lee & Son Ltd, a 4th generation family business, where knowledge of timber and timber products has been passed down and refined by family members for over 100 years.
The business began as wheelwrights, crafting wooden wheels for horse-drawn carts, and later diversified into bespoke joinery. Today we combine that experience with modern machinery to provide quality timber products directly to you at competitive prices.
What we make
- Skirting board in Prime European Oak and Unsorted Grade Softwood Pine, in 120 mm and 170 mm heights and a range of profiles
- Architrave in the same woods and matching profiles, in 2.1 metre lengths
- Timber and cladding, including tongue and groove cladding and planed timber
We exist to challenge what has become the market norm and provide homeowners, tradesmen, small businesses and building firms with premium, attractive and durable wood products.
